0 star for this place. All three girls are so rude and don’t know how to treat their customers. My shellac did not last more than 1 week coz she applied 2nd and 3rd coat only on tips without dipping brush in nail color bottle. When I asked her to do it properly she said I know my job.Don’t buy coupon from Groupon.

Excellent eyelash Service!!! 5*****Through a friend recommended, I has experienced One infill and a full set of eyelash extensions service at Emporio Spa and Beauty. This was the most excellent, professional service and outcomes ( so natural eyelash look, light wearing, no sore eyes, very comfortable) i experienced so far.Emporio Spa and Beauty deserve 5***** stars for eyelash extensions service and I will be your loyal customer from now on.Impressing and trusting Emporio Spa and Beauty services, especially very professional customer services which i received from Emporio’s Owner and their Staffs so far I will comeback to experience another package service name “ Heavenly Escape” I just bought it and can’t wait to this appointment next week.

Quality service. Had the Microdermabrasion facial and it was so good ! Face was so smoothe! Always get my manicure and pedicure here and they make it all about you. Much different to just going to a nail salon where your just a number. Most relaxing beauty spa !

The lady doing my pedicure was nice and did a good job but the older lady doing my manicure was awful. She was nice enough but cut my skin twice, one finger on each side until it bled and the skin was left swollen for half a day. In addition, the shape and length of the nail was different for all my fingers. Plus some corners weren't filed till smooth and was left sharp which is very dangerous for my baby when I have to change his nappy and rub my rough nails against his skin. Furthermore, the polish went onto my skin for several nails and when I asked the lady to clean it after she said to wash it off with water at home, when I insisted she just got flippers and clipped more skin (with the polish on it) off!

Settings nice and staff are friendly but I wouldn’t recommend getting lash extensions there as they are not qualified. Walked in with expectations came out unsatisfied. Wasn’t expecting to get my lashes done by a student.

Just had a free full set infill used my groupon voucher done here couple days ago, came home, my eyes were all red and swollen! Had to ask my friend to remove my lash extensions for me. Definitely not wasting my time and money there again!

I would recommend anyone who is wanting the best customer services wonderful staff never had any issues with my nails and going to get my make and hair done for my wedding here they really care about how your nails look before you leave always show there hospitality offer you tea or water and they also understand what your wants are and they always take care of you even my daughter who has a disability loves coming here for her nails as they are very caring I recommend to anyone whi wants people who care and not just Money come here because they are cheaper then other places thank you lady's also they have a very clean place and very covid safe

The girl that did my nails was nice but that’s the only positive . I got shellac which should last 2 weeks , mine is chipping and peeling after only 1 day ! And it look horrible and 2 of my cuticles were cut too far back and they were bleeding. Not to mention the rudeness . Don’t waste your money

Absolutely love my nails! Sun did such an amazing job and was so meticulous getting the design I wanted. She didn't rush and took her time to get it right, despite being way past closing time. I really appreciate it and can't wait to be back again.
