I have always dealt with either Aaron or John and both have always been extremely helpful and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you expect and more. Customer service is 110%.

Good to deal with at the start - but support is lacking. Refuses to take responsibility of faulty machine and blames the consumer. Manufacturer verified faults, but Sublimation Systems refused to warrant any warranty claims and ignoring the faults. Buyer beware, do your research for reputable business that offers genuine support.
