The livechat facility is awesome. I am giving 5 stars to Trish, the agent, who was helpful and efficient in answering my questions. I am giving 3.5 stars to the livechat taking around 30 minutes to assign me to an agent.

I spoke with Eliza over the phone today and I had so many questions about the connection of our new apartment. She was very lovely, super patient and thorough in explaining everything I needed clarity on. It is so important to have customer service skills in a customer service role and Eliza really mastered and checked everything on the list. She made me feel at ease and comfortable with how to go about the steps of setting up the bill. Thank you Eliza for being so kind, nice and patient ☺️

Pamela assisted me via on-line chat today, she was outstanding! My situation was quite complex and had a few dimensions to it, she managed everything very smoothly and made it so easy! This was a complete contrast to my experience with most on-line chat help services, she was truly outstanding, helpful, friendly and professional, I really hope GWW realise how lucky they are to have her!

I had couple of issues relating to my Greater Western Water online account. Due to multiple address changes the account was not linked with my latest account number. Chatting with their customer support executive Trish solved the issue immediately. Trish also had patience to solve other problem I had with the account.

Can't say much about the company itself, over billed me twice insisting it was my excessive use of water, had to prove it wasn't, had to have plumber come on over and provided a written report at my expense when it was obvious there was no leak. Plumber referred to them as useless. An obvious meter misread. I will however give the customer service reps a 5 star as everyone l dealt with were very helpful especially Kayla she was very understanding and knowledgeable. She resolved the latest matter within 5 minutes. Give the woman a pay rise. You go girl.
