Lavington Public School

Do not (if you have a choice) enrol your children here. All office/admin staff are unable to communicate with other staff parents and even amongst themselves,current principalNathan fisher,is not capable of handling the responsibility of being a principal and seems more concerned with his rapport amongst other staff then acting upon his responsibilities and duties as a principal of a primary school,nor does he seem to know how to. This school, its admin and leadership (I can't speak for the teachers all though their aren't many), Needs lots of work in regards to communication and compassionate understanding. Mr Nathan fisher himself would benefit majority from a class that teachers him open communication skills insted of taking everything in a business setting to heart.I sincerely hope that the department of education NSW can resolve these issues that at the end of the day so poorly reflect back onto them.
