Was in Avoca for a short break - December 2018 and required a massage and found The Natural Health Sanctuary. Lovely massage room - soothing music. Lexy recommended a head and body massage which was excellent. It fixed and relaxed my tense shoulder and leg muscles. After the massage it made the break most enjoyable. I highly recommend Lexy for anyone requiring a great healthy massage while in Avoca.

Beautiful full relaxation experience with the upmost professionalism and care to detail. The massage began with some gorgeous meditative bells and essential oils that really set the scene and helped me to get into my body. I was happy to be guided by Lexy to what my body most needed and while I was there for a massage she added in elements of Reiki and even with my skepticism towards this modality, it turned out to be exactly what I needed the most. My mind finally stopped whirring and I want into a deep meditative state (possibly sleep!) and felt so much lighter after the treatment. Perfection and ultimate self care for a depleted Mumma.

On my recent holiday at the central coast, I was excited to treat myself to a massage and after researching local therapists Lexy presented very well, with the variety of treatments she offered. Her immediate reply to my inquiry and an offer to an available spot was impressive, as was her hands on treatment.As a massage therapist myself I would highly recommend Lexy as a very experienced, competent and caring therapist. I will definitely be returning to beautiful Avoca Beach and The Natural Health Sanctuary. Thank you Lexy

I was looking for a massage therapist with a difference and I've finally found her. Lexy is so attentive to what's going on with your body. Her space is very relaxing. She has amazing smelling oils, a beautiful lit room and soft relaxing music that really sets the scene. And, the important thing, her massage is AMAZING! Lexy knew exactly where my tension was and created the massage for my needs. She even added in a little bit of Reiki which was deeply relaxing. I cant wait for my next treatment- Thank You Lexy!

I had the most amazing treatment here, the space is absolutely gorgeous with lovely candles, music and oils. Beautiful attention to detail and Lexy is a very skilled and nurturing therapist! I walked out feeling energised and relaxed, it was absolute bliss. Can’t wait for my next visit!!!

I highly recommend Lexy and her treatments. I went for a facial, while my partner and friend had massages the same day. Lexy is absolutely lovely, very professional and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The room is beautifully set up, and the products Lexy used for my facial were devine. I’m already planning my next visit!
