Big improvements since my last review. Friendly staff and helpful service. Most items now in stock, some good specials. Manager a top bloke. So much better that I found and deleted a negative review I made 3 years ago

Enjoy chatting with the staff who are very friendly. If they don't have a product line they make every effort to get it for you. Great special each week. Catalogue send via mail each week.

Products are quite expensive, the lady in the customer service was very rude (red short hair and wearing grey glasses) and was also unwelcoming. Products are either out of stock or not available. Overall, I would not recommend. 2/5. #HonestReviews
