Female staff member went out of her way to phone other stores to locate the two pairs of sandals I wanted even though the store was full of families buying new school shoes. I am so thankful and appreciative of her efforts above and beyond.

I went at Mathers to check if Quake Shoe was available but Elizabeth was so rude when replying to my question. Please try learning polite way of answering to customers. I have been buying shoes from many years at this place, everyone very friendly, amazing customer service and professional except for Elizabeth. Very disappointed!

Linda and Jamie were outstanding they should get a pay rise! They went above and beyond for our children not only measuring their feet and checking to get the best fit but Linda also walked us down from the pop-up store to the main store front because they didn’t have all the items we required. Blown away by the level of support and how easy it was to purchase from the two ladies there thank you for the wonderful experience.

Thank you to William who helped my granddaughter, aged 8, with some new school shoes. He had such a wonderful rapour with her and showed her an easy way to tie and adjust her shoes. Although I did not end up buying anything, there were so many unique looking shoes that were not available elsewhere. The staff were also very kind and made helpful suggestions. If you are looking for a hybrid shoe, you should definitely check this place out.
