DO NOT buy the $40 tempered glass screen protector they sell.They installed it and it had a slight bubble on the left edge. I didn’t think much of it and I’m not the person to kick up a fuss. BUT 5 days later it started to peel off and now I’m m left with a cracked screen protector exactly the size of the bubble.Went back to see if they could help out, NO WARRANTY.After my plea they said a half price protector is the best they could do.Tip: -If they could get the installation 100% I wouldn’t have this problem.-Be picky with any bubble when they “professionally install” it for you.

If I could give Roy and Fix my Mobile crew 6 stars, trust me I would. Roy is super awesome and passionate technician and goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. Great quality work and awesome customer service. Prices: cheaper than majority shops in Brisbane. Before I have posted this review, I have visited this business on 4 occasions. Quality of service never faded away. Great job guys. Keep up the great work.

Extremely bad service the guy told me to get the screen protector from Jbhifi and will put it on for free, as he supplied faulty one before after getting it he did not honour it.

29 March 2022 update. part came in and phone was fixed within the hour.excellent customer service.Easy to find stand in carandale shopping centre. lower floor close to customer service desk.initial enquiryhuawei pro 30 phone front glass cracked & requires replacement.not in stock so ordered from Sydney.50% deposit required up front prior to placing order for new glass.will sms my mobiles when glass arrives. 1 hour estimated to replace new glass. TBA on quality of work

Excellent service, iphone was assessed on the spot, parts needed to be ordered and price was reasonable. Accurate time frames were given for arrival of parts and phone was repaired promptly on receipt of parts. Highly recommend Fix My Mobile Carindale.
