Austral Bricks

Lovely helpful receptionist but the fact that they do not produce anything remotely similar to my common Austral pavers from about 10 years ago really sucks when you need to patch where a built in spa has left a hole and the whole drive and house perimeter is paved

This is an amazing facility. Looking for a specialty brick for a renovation in the Eastern Suburbs: I received great service on a Saturday morning from Veronica. She's patient, experienced and friendly. I was surprised by their range of bricks and keenness to help.

RUBBISH COMPANY, WAIT FOR 6 MONTH AND STILL COULD NOT GET A DELIVERY DATE, UNBELIEVABLE

There are so many bricks on the website that I can't find the normal everyday bricks I'm looking for. Confusion reigns supreme !

Office was unattended couldn't find anyone to talk 2 just walked up & down looking 4 some 1

Beware - ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE - told stock was available - so ordered and paid - but when it was delivered my order was incomplete.No contact from the company explaining why or when the rest of my order will be delivered. Called them today - 3 days after delivery -TO BE TOLD NO MORE STOCK and have to wait FOUR (4) WEEKS. Part of my driveway is ripped up and can't be completed until I get the balance of the order. Brickie is furious and I will be lucky to get him back to finish the job in 4 weeks. The house is to be sold - that will be delayed as the job can't be finished. Pallets of bricks on the lawn - will be dead in 4 weeks - so I guess they will have to be moved by hand and then put back for a brickie to use. If you order and pay for stock it should be available for delivery - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE

This place is fantastic. We dealt with a very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable professional staff member named Veronica. Veronica was extremely understanding to our needs and went out of her way to help us. Can't thank Veronica enough. Great place with a wide range of different bricks at very reasonable prices. Glad we found and visited Austral Bricks at Punchbowl, highly recommend it to everyone!

Office was closed during business hours. No phone service nothing. Drove out for no reason.
