Absolutely disgusting service. Slow, slack, and useless! fail to contact you and let you know what's going on, like they forget about you until you follow them up, take days to come out and weeks to follow up, shocking, can't believe they're still a business. Completely infuriated by their service.EDIT: reply to the owners reply.Just because you don't have my name (which isn't my real name featured on here) doesn't mean you haven't done work for me, in fact it was my partners names put in, so clearly you wouldn't know who I am. But I'm well aware of this business and have every right to share my opinion, before experiencing you guys first hand, I had heard dozens of bad reviews by word of mouth, so after being forced to deal with you guys, I felt the need to share my experience for everyone else. So before you sit there and tell me you don't know who I am"

Great Service, young bloke came on site within a couple of days and fixed the caravan AC, friendly polite and got the job done. Fair price. Cant ask for much more

Outstanding customer service from Kris, Kelly and their team. Supplied and fitted two new air con split systems to our house. Communicated and kept us informed at all times. Couldn’t recommend more! Such incredible service with admin, technicians are great and friendly.I had issues with my air conditioner, when they called to confirm an appointment they were quiet booked for the coming week ahead.I have a medically complex child that can not regulate her own body temperature so cooling is absolutely essential.When I explained my situation the staff went above and beyond and had someone over the same day, adding to his work load, but relieving the mental strain on me.You don’t find companies like this anymore.Will use them and recommend them whenever I get the chance to.Thank you for your kindness and compassion :)
