Waited for half an hour outside in the cold as only doing one in one out. Unfortunatley had had to leave before I even got to the front of the queue. I felt sorry for the elderly people and heavily pregnant women also waiting. Surely a few seats 2 metres apart could be provided in store. I am sure if I had managed to get inside the service would have been very good as it usually is.

Totally unhelpful. Came all the way to town to sort out a work phone as directed by CEO. Told that the person with authority on account would have to give permission for me to organise phone, despite having paperwork with me. HOWEVER person in head office in another town, and they don't do this over the phone. So how am I getting a new work phone that I need asap. Only up side, its a nice looking shop.

Nice friendly staff. Good knowledge. I even managed to show them some Android keyboard tricks that were new to them.Still good service (even discussed Skinny stuff)...Helped neighbour to cancel Spark Wireless Internet due to cell connection conti ually dropping out. Signal strength of -105 to -110 causing download speeds of less than 2.0Mb/s and multiple dropouts. Staff were very helpful and informative.

Worst visit ever. The guy who talked at me was very patronizing, the more upset I got the worse he was. He should have some customer service training after all I have had over 40 years experience in a variety of jobs and have won awards.Don't enjoy writing bad reviews but I felt so upset when I left

I thought the service was very average and there weas no real effort to meet my needs. I am technically challenged and I was clearly wanting to buy a new phone in the region of $1200 to $2000. The salesman talked well over my head and would charge $100 to transfer data from the old phone to the new, and there was no reduction in price of the phone. I went to another retailer where I was well treated, my old phone data was transferred for free, and the cost of the phone was less.

My friends cellphone connection got damaged. The lady that helped us promised nothing but gave the socket a clean out. It fixed it. Got us out of deep stress with a flat battery and no backup. Back up your phone!
