Camira Yoga Classes with Doris
I have a high opinion of Doris, not only as a teacher, but as a person. Her classes are invigorating and are good for the soul and mind. She focuses on alignment, technique and meditation to ensure you are getting the most out of each class. I went to the classes expecting my strength and flexibility to improve, but came away with my mind strengthened and rested as well.

Camira Yoga Classes with Doris
My first lesson at Doris Yoga in Camira was fantastic. Doris teaches the physical and the mental part very good. After the lesson I felt very relaxed and full of energy. Doris is a very kind and friendly person. I'm looking forward to my next Yoga lesson with Doris.I recommend 'Camira Yoga Classes with Doris' for everyone who is looking for a great Yoga Class with one of the best Yoga teacher around Brisbane.
