Rachel managed our GC property over the last few years brilliantly and was always on hand to assist with anything. We had major issues with our apartment during this time, and Rachel helped with all of the management issues beyond what was needed. I highly recommend Rachel as a property manager and will gladly consult her expertise and services again should I ever buy/rent in Qld.

Apartment is five star. Great facilities, clean, light and spacious with two living areas. Felt like home. Would definitely stay in this unit again and again.Flawless management team that kept us easily informed at all times. This unit has so much space for extended families too!

I have used the Chris Cooper Property Management team to manage my investments for the last 9 years. The property management team are excellent to deal with, any issues the tenants raise are brought to my attention quickly so they can be sorted out. They also provide me with a range of options to choose from if an appliance or the like needs replacing.I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and commitment to ensuring that everything runs as smoothly as possible for both myself and my tenants.

We recently bought a holiday unit in broadbeach, after meeting with several agents we decided to go with dean as our holiday rental agent. Dean has been outstanding in renting our unit out with very low vacancy rates, he is very professional, easy to deal with and knows the area very well. Our online reviews have been excellent and speak highly of him. I would recommend dean and his team for any holiday options as either an owner or at styled stays for your holidays. You won’t be disappointed

I purchased an apartment in Broadbeach from Dean, and allowed him to manage it for a short time after settlement - big mistake.A couple of questionable transactions in the Trust Account, and after I terminated the rental agreement, Dean retained 2 of the 4 key fobs in his possession - claiming he had the right to retain them because he paid for them". Very stressful for my wife and myself - having to sleep in our new apartment with the knowledge that Dean had full access to our home (until we were able to have locks reprogrammed). A family member booked a property for our family in Broadbeach with Dean Couper through AirBnb months in advance. We had flights booked from Melbourne and our family was ready for our stay. Then just 12 days out from our trip he cancelled the booking. He gave no explanation, simply said that he couldn’t host our booking anymore.He did not even have the basic professionalism or courtesy to explain why he had to cancel the booking. This should tell you everything you need to know about the man. Property owners who put trust in this man should know how he treats people. Do not deal with him.

We have a lovely unit in Broadbeach which we decided to rent out as we were never there. We selected three agents to give us an appraisal of which direction to go - furnished / unfurnished, spend money and trick up, market value for rent etc. etc. We settled on the very proficient and experienced Rachel Kelly from Century 21 and could not be happier, she and the real estate agency have been more than professional, accommodating and found us the most wonderful tenants who we have been there for nearly two years and we don't think they will ever leave! Thank you Rachel for your wonderful service.

Best real estate agency I've come across in years. I rented an apartment through them and they were amazing to deal with from inspection to completion of my lease for the apartment (1 year). Anju, Rachel and the girls were awesome, friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
