Bec is the best in the business. Precise, on time and always fits me in last minute. Has a wonderful demeanour with my Leo who has SA! I feel at ease leaving him with Bec. She takes her time and updates me during Leo’s grooming session. On a side note….she also does doggy daycare! Definitely worth taking your fur babies for a groom. You will not be disappointed! Rebecca and Catherine are regarded as two of the best groomers in the state, if not the country. I regularly take both my show dogs to the salon for grooming before shows as well as my family pets. They are wonderful in the way they understand dogs and perform miracles with their grooming.

Will not be returning after i was told told my dog was making so much noise people were asking what was going on. There were no problems the last time! When we got her home her eye was bleeding! Maybe that's why she was crying, you think? Maybe you're not the sharpest tool in the shed instead of my dog.

I have made an appointment for a service for two dogs next Tuesday and I need to talk to Andrew, and doesn't ring back. Have left many verbal messages and texts to no avail. Not good.

Rebecca did a phenomenal job looking after my cocker spaniel who hates being groomed. Would highly recommend, the results were amazing!

We took a Sheltie who has just been rescued from the Animal Welfare League to Dog Addiction. His coat was pretty awful when we dropped him off but when we picked him up he was like a new dog. He had to be washed 3 times to get him clean. His coat feels wonderful. Bec is a lovely lady who does a fantastic job and I will certainly be taking more of my dogs there for a Fur Baby Spa""

After the last experience at a salon in mossvale the staff here were more than incredible. What a professional job and my little girl came home so happy and smelly amazing. U get what u pay for Quality.
