Purchased a $265 item, which ended up not fitting. Wanted to return three days after purchase, only to get told there is a 30% re-stocking fee. Wasn't told of this fee at time of purchase, so no way of knowing.Absolute waste of money! Careful when you purchase from this store, as it's a very sneaky way to make money.Easy way for them to make $80 by just putting item back onto shelf. Note that box was not damaged nor had item been taken out of box at all!

Spent $380 in this store, we wanted to exchange the front covers of power points/ light switches which were unopened still in packaging. They didnt want to know about and said we would need to buy again.... dont think so Rexel Electrical Supplies, the electrical store up the road is willing to swap for us and will now be getting all of business!Staff member was extremely rude, very poor customer service!

Unintentionally parked in one of their allocated customer bays today, came back to find a sign on my windscreen pointing out my error... oops sorry... then noticed ‘can you read’ scrawled on my windscreen in permanent marker. Vandalising a car is a pretty extreme reaction for a very petty ‘crime’. The complex car park was relatively empty with plenty of parking around. Evidently you didn’t need the bay for your customers if you where bored and had time to deface peoples property.

I was thinking to purchase around 50 downlights and some 4 floodlights after reading google comments i change my mind. I would not spend my money for some rude staff. Thanks for sharing
