Fresh Nails

I had a very good experience at my most recent SNS adventure. Van displayed the utmost patience, care and finesse as she did my nails. Her attention to detail to my nails and her gentle approach with which she did the job was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend visiting the Fresh Nails Stanhope Store to receive a warm and friendly retreat for your nails!

If I could give no stars for Fresh Nails I would!! Do NOT go to this salon!! Took my daughter today to get nails for her formal and it looked like a 5 year old had done her nails. The gel was blotchy and nail colour had run. They totally did not listen and then put different colour on her toes to her hands and said that’s fine it doesn’t matter!! When we complained the owner was very rude and I honestly cannot believe wanted to charge us to fix it! My daughter was so upset however lucky for us the other nail salon Beautie Nails in the same centre fixed it for her and treated her so beautifully! She now has gorgeous nails, so save yourself ladies and go straight to Beautie Nails!!!

Got SNS done and there were cracks all over within 2 days. My nails were not cut or shaped properly. Very disappointing after waiting nearly 1.5hrs to get started and another 1.5hrs to finish.

this place is such a scam, i asked for a acrylic nails with gold french tips, but instead of the listed price ($42), they started saying prices like $85 and $95, so i chose one colour and they ended up charging me $55. the ladies are also very rude, i was picking my colour and the lady told me to hurry up and when I chose a colour, she snatched it out of my hand and gave it to the next customer. on top of that, she was very rough with the file and cut my finger and the nails werent even that good, never coming back there again.

A great friendly and professional team. They are always courteous and respectful even when some of their clients are not. They have had a tough year with COVID yet are always smiling. I love my nails and I'm always treated as their most important client. I'm not but that is the way they treat you. Thank you.

Three of us, my mum, my grandma and I all came into the salon to receive pedicures and for my mum and grandma to receive manicures whilst I received a full set of acrylics with a basic french tip design. I was absolutely devastated when I realised they had messed up my nails. The lady doing my nails didn’t clarify what she was doing which ended up with her charging me more to ‘fix’ them just for them to end up looking incredibly unprofessional and unnatural. Not only was the work underwhelming but the worker also seemed to have a bad attitude and lacked patience with me when confusion was stirred up. They planned on charging me extra and they firstly said it would total to $90 and then once the lady doing my nails spoke to her boss they lowered it to $75 which is far too much regardless, in total for my nails and a pedicure it came to the sum of $125 in total for rubbish. The entire sum of the 3 of us was $300, it was overwhelmingly overpriced for such low quality work. I ended up going to my another nail salon to get these nails removed and redone by someone who was capable and at a reasonable price too, my new nail set came to the cost of $55 with the removal being an extra $20, which I am completely happy to pay when the lady doing my nails at the other salon put so much care, time and effort into me whilst chatting with me and regularly checking up with me if I was happy with the shape and the design of the nails. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the quality of work provided at fresh nails Stanhope, I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anybody and will most certainly not be returning to the salon again.

I have been a customer for a few years and every time I visit, I am never disappointed. Such kind people working there, an excellent service always provided and a greatly relaxing time. Even if I can’t decide, they’re so helpful and patient and even offer amazing recommendations which always leaves my nails looking so awesome. Even the price for the services are reasonable for the quality of what they offer, whether it’s designs or simple shellac. Will definitely keep visiting this nail salon for the foreseeable future. Definitely 5 stars

As a regular I can say the staff here are very accommodating. Professional and experienced . I had the best experience with Linda doing a full set extensions . Thank you Linda .

I was getting sns tips done and the lady that did my nails was really rude when I asked her politely ‘is that nail a bit crooked’ she filed the nail once, called my fingers crooked and then proceeded to pack up everything and left me to serve another costumer. I had to wait for 10 minutes for another person to do my nails.Would not recommend.
