Avoid Dr ko chin. He is a lazy lier. He said he doesn't have access to my previous history because of Poor ACT govt's IT support, which was a big lie just because he doesn't wanted to spend additional 2 minutes to investigate my health history record.I deserve a proper explanation from the medical centre or from so called doctor. If I don't get any explanation regarding this within 7 days, I will take legal actions. Lazy guy like him should not hold a doctors licence.

Reception staff are mostly inexperienced, loud and rude. Not all, obviously, but why yell and repeat everything I say?I always feel extremely uncomfortable in this centre.Nurse's are wonderful! They're the only reason now, to attend.

I love this medical centre! I have seen 5 doctors there (across a range of issues) and they've all been wonderful - they're thorough and really personable. The receptionists are lovely and always helpful. It's a mixed billing practice so you will get a bit of money back. Sometimes the doctors run overtime but that's pretty standard for medical centres I think (and gives you time to grab a coffee first)!

Dr Sherazi is the absolute best doctor I’ve ever consulted. He listens and really cares about my well-being and doesn’t prescribe right off the batt, he tries other options that would be better suited rather than going right to medication. I cannot recommend this practice or Dr Sherazi enough. I have a NSW health care card and the practice bill bills me also!

Where do I start. Dr Macrina Ige treated my partner for a long appointment and she was out in less than 20 minutes (was charged for a long appointment). She does not take mental health issues seriously and advised my partner to go look online to seek help. How unprofessional can one be to the point where your client leaves your gp crying when trying to seek for help. She rushed the appointment and showed no interest in assisting. This needs to be raised to management and I hope Dr Macrina Ige reads this review personally. You should not be a doctor if you are to dismiss clients that are seeking mental health assistance. My partner also requested to get blood tests done and got a referral printed out. The referral form has information of a previous client with my partners information printed over it in which the information of the previous client is clearly visible underneath. This is a breach of privacy! I will not post a photo of the referral form on here due to privacy reasons but if management would like to see please respond to this review and I will be more than happy to provide you with the evidence. My partner stated that she had visited Dr Priyank Jani late last year and believed he was exceptional but was unable to get in. Hence why she proceeded to book an appointment with Dr Macrina Ige. To anyone looking to book an appointment at this practice and seek medical help/advice please DO NOT book an appointment with Dr Macrina Ige.

I have seen Dr Loljee & Dr Sharif in the past who i have had good experiences with. My usual GP is Dr DeSilva who i've seen for about 2 years now. She is a very sensible, practical and caring GP. She looks after my 2 yr old and I. I continue to see her despite moving from the area.

I have been a patient at Belconnen Mall Medical Practice for a few years now.Doctors I have seen have been good. Some of the receptionists are rude. Disgusting telephone manner and arrogant. After my recent call there I decided to write a review. You DONOT be rude in person or on the telephone.Your customer services skills don’t just reflect on you. They reflect on the whole practice. You don’t just hang up,

Dr Mubashar Serazi and Reception lady over the call didn’t mentioned her name over the call, they both were terrible, even after email about my concern they did charged me for the appointment that I had with that doctor and didn’t give me the right answer or solution that I was after. It’s fine if he doesn’t have knowledge but he shouldn’t be charged me for service that he did not give me 85$ .This happened second time, before this I took my baby to him and he didn’t check her well and couldn’t identify what was the issue and still chargedNever ever recommend to anyone ..

I am a regular patient in this medical centre, I don’t have medicare so, I have literally paid bunch of amount here out of my pocket but when it comes to service, I have suffered a lot, so, I will just mention one incidence, last time I went to see my GP to start another new course of medication for Helico P, she clearly told me that I have to take one medication 250mg twice a day but in script she has written some thing else which is 500mg OD, which is my fault I didn’t check the script doses written by GP properly before ordering the compounding medication(pharmacy has to make and it takes 2-3days) and the medication is really expensive 65$ for 10tab, I called the medical centre so they can ask the GP should I take 250mg twice a day or 500mg once a day, because My whole course of medication is stopped due to that medication as I have to take it together. And there answer is I hAVE TO BOOK AN APPOINMENT just to askCan i take 250mg BD as per GP stated verballyOr Should I take 500mg as per GP’s script?Seriously for this 2min thing which is clearly not my fault I have to book an appoinment.I literally go to this BELCONNEN MEDICAL CENTRE every week due to mine on going problem still this is how we get treated.please have some empathy while treating people.
