Baby Bunting Fortitude Valley

Went to Baby Bunting at Fortitude Valley on the weekend to buy the Lindam safety gate but was told there were no stock. Staff checked the system and said they don't have any in other stores or any in the country. I was told it may take 6-8 weeks for stock to arrive in store. I ordered it online through the baby bunting website and it arrived 2 days later. Wasted $10 on delivery.Staff too lazy to check, not sure how to check it or telling fibs about no stock in the country.Contacted the customer service and they refused to give a refund for the delivery fee because the product has been delivered. Such a poor excuse!

I would say the customer service was terrible but there would have to be any to begin with for that to be true. Stood looking at the Baby monitors for about 10 minutes as multiple staff saw us but we weren't even acknowledged. After deciding on a product we approached the counter with the card to purchase as Dynia barked at us are you a member" no greeting

Doggy / Lazy store manager. I had issues with Medela Brest pump purchased in this store which was still under warranty. The sore manager insisted that I need to buy new parts but after contacting Medela I was told that parts and Brest pump are under warranty and store manager should have called them if she was unsure. Eventually Medela helped me and resolved the issue very promptly.It’s not the first time that this lady manager was unprofessional and to be honest useless. When we where looking for the pram she left us in the middle of pram presentation without any explanation. We at that time left shop and purchased pram in another store.Avoid that baby bunting if you can.

Our 5 star rating is based off the great customer service from the team, mainly Katie who was very knowledgeable about the strollers. Katie's advice helped us decide which stroller would suit us.

Absolutely disgusted in the change to the rewards program was told by Toowoomba store you have to spend $50 to receive your $10 off. Excuse me I spent over $2000 on Upper Vista baby double pram and $489 on britax car seat at the Valley store were this was not mentioned at all!!! Have 2 children under 2 so all my baby purchases have been through baby bunting. You spend all this money to get $10 off but tell me I cant use my rewards without spending more money bleemin disgusting. We wanted the second Uniden baby camera and was told cant use $180 in rewards to buy it. Screw your rewards program Im going to buy everything from Bubs and Grubs from now on.

Staff are helpful to the point of overbearing, except when you want a price beat, then they become sullen & annoyed. Why have a policy like that if you aren't welcoming customers to use it? I recommend everyone search other baby stores online before buying, often it's cheaper.No, management, I don't need you to explain anything or invite me to contact you, enough of my time has been wasted.

Definitely the go-to baby store for anything and everything. Came in here checking it out, walked out with a car seat haha. They've also got some pretty good sales with eofy right now.

Alina, the store manager, was fabulous. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her.

Cannot recommend Brooke highly enough. We walked in, two brand new parents-to-be without the slightest idea about push chairs, car seats and getting the most out usage. Brooke was incredible and so knowledgeable. She spent about 50-60 minutes with us walking us through EVERYTHING. All sorts of prams, asking us our situation and needs and suggesting products. I was test running the prams around the showroom (race car style), reverse parking and getting a feel for manoeuvrability.We left with a bundle from Bugaboo (pram base, bassinet and car seat) and couldn’t be happier at the ease, safety rating and peace of mind (thank god that’s sorted) feeling. She also gave us a great price. We signed up store rewards and were so looked after.Will be getting everything from there from now on. It’s just so easy and the selection is great.
