Amazing customer service. Better than OptusAlex has provided me with great service. And it sucks that Optus gets these amazing people to put fake reviews for them when in reality it’s vodaphone that deserves the good reviews

Very unreliable service at Seven Hills Store. There is no point of occupying the space as most of the time the store is closed and staff members are not helpful. I had to put 1 star just to activate post option otherwise that star would not be there!

Great and amazing experience there. I was quite impressed by The lady HANNAH who answered all of my questions. The rate for the behaviour with customer is 10/10.

Absolutely useless customer service skills. Waited patiently for around 10 mins to be served, young girl doesnt bother to get off her chair to come to us, starts serving another customer. Such a shame, as we both needed new phones and will spend our money elsewhere now.

Worst customer service ever. Went to get ph fixed told it was the battery was told it would be ready by sat. Never called to say it was ready, went on Friday to see if all was well, he said all ready. I paid never gave a receipt. Went back to ask for receipt and my battery that was supposedly not working. Sid he threw the battery away, He gave me my money back and I don't want to see your face here ever again.

Had a phone repair for the charging port and phone LED. After being told the phone would be ready two in two days I was then told the phone would be ready tomorrow for two and a half weeks and when the phone was repaired and returned it was returned damaged with the SIM card removed from the phone and was told the SIM card tray was missing from the phone despite it being definitely being in when the phone was brought in

I was quite impressed with the sales lady Swathi, she answered all my questions and helped me out very quickly.Got the Vodafone unlimited internet through the NBN for $65 dollars as I have some other stuff throught vodafone, which I have to say was quite fast in the Blacktown area, which totally amazed me.Took the modem out and connected as per the info called the help guys and he helped me out quite quickly. I would definately tell people to use the Seven Hills Brance of vodafone.If you liked my review give me a tick on the blue hand and help me improve my google local guide experience, thanks...
