My infected toe got more painful after I tried every over-the-counter remedy, so I was referred to Medifeet Podiatry in Plumpton. I should have visited there months ago. Within 30 minutes Doctor Alhan had explained exactly what the problem was, how she was intending to fix it and did so. I walked out of the clinic pain-free! Alhan Ramez went beyond my expectations to help me fix my foot pain. I’ve had problems with my feet for years and have been to podiatrists in the past and haven’t always had good outcomes. She was kind, caring, professional, and thorough, discussing clearly, exactly what musculoskeletal problems and injuries exist with my feet and a treatment plan to suit me, which included foot exercises, orthotic options, and foot mobilization treatment. Alhan was really fantastic. I came to her in October complaining of really bad bilateral ankle and knee pain. She assessed my feet and we decided it was best to get orthotics. She was always professional and explained things. She wasn't pushy and forcing me to buy things unecessarily. She told me to try another product first before comitting to orthotics which are a big financial commitment.The other products worked well and I am not in as much pain as I was before. I picked up my orthotics today and I hope they will continue to help even better.She is professional, kind and it was like I was speaking to my friend. She is very knowledgeable and the place is always clean too. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service and highly recommended.My first visit to Alhan was due to a stubborn ingrown toenail. It was killing me and would always grow back! I was always afraid of having it permanently removed since I had seen so many people's damaged toenails after surgery. As Alhan reassured me of her method of procedure, I would barely notice that part of my nail was removed, and I am so grateful that I followed her advice. Since then, I have been pain-free and still have normal-looking toenails. That is the reason I put 5-star for 5-star service.

Medifeet Plumpton best practice for foot care. One of the podiatrist ruin my feet and left me with the open wound and so much pain. I google podiatrist near me and call them and they squeezed me in for an appointment for the same day. I viaited DR Alhan Ramez and she described the whole treatment of wart to me and now after 3 visits my foot is completely fine. It got 70% better after 1st visit. She knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend medifeet clinic. The care is of a high standard and Ilhan Ramez is very attentive and professional. Overall, I have had a positive experience as a patient suffering from calluses. Also, I was experiencing pain in my ankle and I didn't know why or what was causing the pain, until Ilhan brought to my attention what the problem could be. She gave me some advice as of what I should do, which I took and it fixed my problem immediately. Thanks to medifeet clinic I am pain free, my calluses have diminished significantly and I am very happy.

I'm so Glad I went and saw Alhan. She is attentive and knows her stuff. My Plantar Fasciitis is almost cured and heel spurs feel much better with orthotics that work. Highly recommended.
