Would NOT RECOMMEND staying here. We checked into our room only to to find it had no windows. Was pitch black without the light turned on and this was definitely not specified when we booked. It felt like we were staying in a sheep shed, absolutely tiny with metal walls and very outdated. It had a bunk bed with ladders not accessible from either side as it was blocked by furniture. There was no kettle or sink except in the bathroom. No cutlery or even cups provided. The bathroom was horrendous, mould in the shower, cracks in all the walls and the mirror had been ripped off the wall. The floor was unswept when we checked in and sheets weren’t clean either. They have a no refund policy so we were forced to stay the 4 nights that we had booked. On the booking we were promised free wifi however there was none. No bins in the room or anywhere to hang clothes. I could go on and on about how shocking it was. Only positive was the young man who checked me in was lovely.

As a pub the venue is great and as a motel it has a lovely garden area with pool and bar. Cocktails, wide menu, pizza, excellentReally wanted the steak but they would only serve it on the hot stone and with my 18month old climbing around now seemed a recipe for disaster. Otherwise would have received a five star.

I was accommodated in a room which connects directly with the pub next door which had a loud live band playing until just before midnight. To the band’s credit, they were pretty good. However, I might have been more appreciative had I not been dead tired and just wanted to sleep.Otherwise, the joint was adequate.

We stayed in the back row of cabins across the street from the hotel and on Friday and Saturday (the only nights we were there) the music from the pub affiliated with the cabins was so loud it vibrated the cabins.If you would like to be asleep before 12am dont say near the place.Place was old and somewhat run down but that’s the ok. Town location good.But if you cant sleep in a place you have paid money to sleep… well the location, service and room does not meet its basic use.Can’t image what it is like to actually stay at the pub!

Great staff, great communal area, great camp kitchen and great guests!Would definitely recommend to stay here. Pool is clean and dorm rooms are okay :)Drinks at the bar are too expensive though ;)

Good quality steak on hot stone. Ok pricing for the area. Nice inside and outside seating.

We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment. It was very cleverly filled with all the things you need.People at reception were friendly .Unfortunately beds were horrible. Not comfortable at all. The sheets were stained like they haven't been changed or washed properly. There were something in the bed that was biting all night long.

A 1 star hotel at the price of a 5 star hotel.The cleaning is terrible, there is rubish under the bed, hair everywhere and the dishes are dirty.The rooms do not have daily cleaning service. You must empty your garbage bag and dry your towels under the sun (we went to ask for fresh towels at the reception and they didn't have them, they said they were busy times. I understand, but they charged me the full rate, they didn't give me a discount on it accommodation). The bathroom is the only thing that is worth it, the rooms are from 1810.We were 3 of us and they left 1 shampoo and a conditioner for the three of us who were going to be there for 3 days. Every time I went to ask for something at the reception it seemed that we bothered. I wonder: if they are not happy with their job, why not just choose another? It's Australia, you can find a job everywhere.We paid more than 270 a night for a room for 3 people. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE. THERE ARE MORE IN EXMOUTH, CHEAPERS AND WITH BETTER SERVICE.

Rooms very outdated. They're trying to update. They're attempted with the bathroom. We paid $268 for a Delux King Room. There was not 1 thing deluxe. I work in the Hotel Industry, so I have a fair idea. On the other hand, the meal in the Bistro was lovely. Very well priced

This visit was to the bar and Restaurant twice,during the solar eclipse, the food was the best in Exmouth that we were lucky to try, the service was happy and helpful, Thank you!!Staff that would run rings around many places in Perth .There was live entertainment as well !This part of the review has been months in the coming..Last school holidays the reception staff worked hard to arrange room availability and created a great stay for us, we moved through a variety of price ranges and all were reasonably priced and clean well appointed for the price point.
