J was our dedicated and professional physio for the recent state cup oztag tournament. Not only did J show his enthusiastic energy the whole lead up and during the tournament but he also took the time to follow everyone up during and post games which took a huge effort!We thank J and the team for looking after us and would recommend highly to anyone looking for a professional and personal physio!

I’ve just relocated to Rockdale and have joined Fitness First where I now train. I’ve been training with weights for a long time and know I occasionally get lower back tightness and pain during some movements. My core is unstable and needs strengthening.I decided to try ITM Physio. I had an appointment with Ray last week and must say I’m impressed. He is professional and effective in his teaching. We’ve got an 8 week strengthening program in place now that I will do my best in and report back my results. The facilities are also very well kept and supportive. Give them a go!

I like to share my experience with everyone, almost 20 years of back pain suffering ( 2 times of operation ) especially last 3 months I almost spend time on my bed,, but please see photos of me and my baby, I ask the baby to go away from me ( sadly) during taking 3 different types of pain killer medicine,, but after I see Reshan at the 'iymphysiotherapy -Improve your Move' life changed, I have followed his instruction for 1 month -Change my life"Reshan said all physio should work like himself

Met with Ray who helped me during prep for a powerlifting comp. He was able to make small niggling injuries disappear by explaining the root cause and what necessary adjustments in movement need to be made. In addition prescribed some exercises to strengthen weak spots and imbalances. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been to many physio’s in the last 15years and have finally found Ray who has been recently helping me with my shoulder injury. He was thorough, particular and provided the best care for me throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend him.
