Never had a problem until was trying to fill tyres today and the lady who tried to help was too stubborn to know the difference between kpa and psi. Then proceeded to try and ‘fill’ my tires at 40kpa. (I showed her the sticker inside the door which indicates my tire pressures, 230kpa) This isnt even mentioning that i was trying to get their help because the machine as a whole was broken but she flat out told me that it ‘definitely still works’ without even checking. Only reliable thing is them always having cheap fuel.

This is the unprofessional servo I have ever seen. The lady stopped the pumps for 30 mins, rude customer service when I was enquiring about how long it takes. The lady who was attending giving a tour his new employee and just chilling around. For the another customer who came to buy the pies screamed hey don't go

Just went to this store. Staff were rude. Well actually I can’t even say rude. They barely interacted with us. We paid for our purchase and then had to ask for our pies. They were both on their phones and as I was asking them something they moved away to serve another customer without excusing themselves.Absolutely appalling service. Wouldn’t advise anyone to go there.

When I come in evenings time around 7.45 always the counter lady told me wait for 10 minutes and this is 2nd time and she stop all the fuel line always. Why we wait that’s not our problem

The shop assistant used his hands without gloves on handling the pies. Not good!Sat 25th March 2.30pm Gowan Rd. Very apologetic when i brought it to his attention.Hopefully this will end.Brian

Been waiting to fuel up and discovered that they are under some maintenance which will take 15mins. I’ve experienced this the 3rd time today. No notice, no sign, unattended place, usually one employee who is usually more attentive to their phone. It’s sad that it’s a prime location for the Runcorn locals. But, stay out.

Night time staff are terrible! Service doesn’t require a smile, but this is a customer service role, at least be polite and get off the phone to provide the service.Also one of the reasons I no longer get fuel here once it’s past dinner is that the rubbish change to prepaid fueling. Might just be a minor inconvenience but together with the attitude….

23/04/23 4:30pm. No fuel came out the first time so I kept trying until it finally worked and saw the price went up. Went in to pay the amount that I saw only to be told that I had filled up TWICE despite trying to tell them that the first time didn’t work and no numbers were showing at all. The girl smirked and accused me as if I was trying to get away with paying. Said whatever and told them to check their machines only to be faced with more attitude. Saw another review with a similar issue. I’ve never bothered to leave reviews but this experience has actually disgusted me and I sure as hell will not be going back there.
