Terrible customer service. Didn't feel inviting when walking inside to look for a place, was too busy looking at the laptop instead of making any eye contact. This is my second time going in and it was just as bad. Would not recommend!

Absolute terrible landlord,To start off when we first moved we had to pay to get the phone wall jack repaired to get internet working in the property because she didn't reply to messages for 3 days asking to get it fixed. The blinds in the lounge to the front road were not repaired during our 5 months in the property after being advised multiple times they would be.(leaving us to have to hang a sheet up). Also multiple lights were not working which we paid for replacement bulbs for including the oven light, the extractor fan light and the bathroom ring light.After buying our first property, we advised Lesley with 2 months notice that we were breaking lease. We found options for replacement tenants which Lesley advised one was successful. And to insure we were paid up correctly I had txt Lesley to advise how much rent we owned to get us covered until lease break date, which she advised to us incorrectly leading us to paying an extra 2 days rent.We did not find out untill after moving out that the replacement tenant did not move in and Lesley did not follow up because the house had an offer on it which had now fallen through. But made no attempt to advise us or relet the property.After emailing Lesley regarding the over paid rent she advised us that the break lease date had been changed to two days later meaning she did not owe us the over paid rent, however this was not discussed with us and was a complete fabrication to keep our extra rent.Additionally after emailing her regarding the break lease fee she was charging all she emailed back that's fine the bond will be held in dispute until such time the owner is happy with the outcome" absolutely disregarding the errors we had raised with her and implying the owner had all the power in this situation.After putting in our bond request it was blocked by Lesley due to the above.We disputed this with the RTA and after providing email and txt evidence proving the situation and going to review
