Case King

Very disappointed. After getting my iphone 5s screen replaced, the screen became jumpy and froze a lot or became unresponsive. I returned it under warranty and they said they fixed it but still the same problem. Again I returned it and they said they put a new, genuine screen on it - but still the same problem. They then said it must be a software issue. I gave up. Then the screen cracked and it was a cheap screen, comes apart when I touch it.Positive - they were willing to help and provided she told the truth, they replaced it each time I complained (twice)Negative - doubt it was genuine, pretty sure its not a software issue.

My $2200 phone now useless. Top of screen won't work and the liquid spread throughout screen covering 2/3rds. Ph had very minimal damage now I have no ph and still have to pay it off. Manager not offering to assist in anyway, saying the screen protector protects it & it was already damaged. Despite photos and a witness. I will add more photos. Extremely unhappy. A $35 screen protector has cost me over $2000.00

I want my iPhone 4 back!!! .I came a back a week later as I was on holidays to collect my phone after receiving a text from case king on March 22 . They say they don't have it ..they ask for receipt ..I show them message on my phone saying collect phone from case king ..she rings someone .then says wrong shop ..is this case king ? The same place that stole my phone ?

My screen cracked by it self after 2 hours been replaced. I have asked for replacement and the guy at the front been very rude . They have using very cheap parts . Worst service ever . There are so many places in sunshine plaza .AVOID CASE KING

Horrible service, the employee shattered my home button and said it would be $60+ to fix. When we talked to the manager he laughed in our face! AVOID CASE KING AND PHONE EXPERT!

Disappointed wasted $25 on temptered glass screen for Galaxy S7. Lady was lovely and replaced for me on the day. Went on with my day now phone screen glitches/lags when typing! Went back next day. Guy said screen is probably lifted a little. I said that they put it on. What can they do. He said nothing!!My $15 one on ebay was better then this :(

I would give 0 stars if this was possible. These people could not fix my phone and damaged my screen. They informed me that they had replaced the speaker (only to find out they hadn't when taken to an expert - iMend phones). They also damaged the glass on my iPhone.

I was extremely unsatisfied with the service I dropped my phone in water and went into the store to get it fixed. We explicitly stated that we wanted to have a repair done for water damage and they said they could repair it. $100+ later and the phone still is water damaged. Waste of money and the problem still isn’t fixed. Such a rip off would not recommend going there for a water damage repair go to a more recognised phone repair service.
