Best dog groomer in the shire! I have a poodle cross so hair easily knots as we take to the beach quite often, even when he gets shaved she still manages to make him look adorable! Highly recommend!

Only giving a 2 star as they were able to get my dog in for a groom within 2 weeks. I had heard good things about this salon but for $95 I would not suggest nor return.My dog came back looking the same as he went in for his cut. My partner doing me a favour, dropped off and picked up but had explained that I wanted at least 4F summer short etc…he called me as he was dropping off so he was able to explain it.My dogs paws look untouched, his coat had minimal length taken off, and his chest is the same length. There are also areas that appear missed so his cut is very uneven. Had I been the one picking him up I would have asked for it be fixed.Really for $95 I basically got an expensive wash and blow dry. Considering he gets groomed every 3-6 weeks depending on time of year I am fully aware of how he should look and what to expect.

Wouldn’t take Cookie anywhere else! Great service and quality grooming.

We've been taking our poodle, Mikey, to Jo since she opened and have always been happy with her services. Jo is always welcoming, professional and very attentive. Mikey has some eye issues and Jo always goes the extra mile to look after him and his needs. Thanks Jo!

Bella my little cross chihuahua/Maltese has been being groomed by Jojo since her 2nd groom at around 7 mths old….. which was waaaay too late to introduce her to grooming. The first groomer I took her to could not finish the job because my pint sized little dog is a psycho! Joanna was and always has been very patient n gentle n does the best job anyone could possibly do considering the nutcase she has to work on. I have always been happy with how my baby looks when I pick her up. She is also very knowledgeable about dogs and has often given me advice about Bella’s behaviour as she has anxiety which is very common with small white dogs. Thanx Jojo.

So happy with my dogs clip today. He looks great and Jo & her girls were fantastic. Highly recommend.

We don't know what we would do without Jo! We have been using her ever since we got our pup three years ago and we have complete peace of mind every time we drop our dog off for a long overdue cut. Every time we pick up Mr Bojangles he is happy and looks excellent. For this past cut, it was an extra challenge for Jo as our dog hadn't had a cut in such a long time due to the lockdown. Jo again did such a great job - we couldn't believe it! Thank you Jo, see you again soon :)

The owner of Puppoochy Dog Grooming was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone. The way she treats her customers makes me wonder how she treats their pets when they’re not there. We were overcharged for a result we weren’t particularly happy with. (** Disclaimer, I suspect perhaps the treatment from the owner was due to her indignation that we had to cancel an earlier appointment as a result of needing to be urgently tested for COVID-19. Cancelling the appointment in my view, was the most responsible and safest thing to do. I believe if the owner was so inconvenienced by this, she shouldn't have accepted my business the second time, rather than be as rude as she did when I showed up to the postponed appointment. Very unprofessional.**)

We have been using Puppoochy since 2018. Jo is amazing with our two long haired Dachshunds! You can tell Joanne is so gentle and caring with the dogs. Always an amazing groom and they come out looking glamorous, happy and smelling great. And very affordable.

Dont take your dog there ! Jackie the owner rudest ever. My little man came out scared and frightened !!! Was worrying what they had done while Im not with him . Jackie after I complained then told me a young teenager girl had done my dogs groom, which I didn't know . His Nails were not even touched and fur uneven all over, if she cant do then dont charge as I complained to her kindly Jackie just basically told me to go elsewhere as she didn't want to hurt my DOG ???!!! (wanted a refund for services charged for but not done ) what the hell ?? I have had to take her to Dept Of Fair Trade.....To let them get the refund she also charged me for a small dog groom when he is 2.7kgs an extra small dog . Paid nearly $100 for this . My dog also now is harder to groom at home who knows what these teenagers did to him. DONT TAKE YOUR DOG there if you love your baby!!!! Not worth it . So Rude and a waist of money ! Heard so many stories now from locals who tried Jackie and she did a sloppy unfinished job. So worrying how she treated my DOG while he was there . NOT OK
