Greenwood Park Estate

My partner and I organised a last minute trip at Phil and Kathy's retreat and it was nothing short of amazing.The rooms looked too good to be true in the photos but upon arriving we were in awe. The villa was large, very clean and importantly comfortable. It was equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen to cook. The space Phil and Kathy have created inside and out is beautiful - the outdoor entertaining area with pizza oven and fire pit are fantastic. They do a great job accommodating you and offer lots of great advice and tips for the area and activities available. We would definitely recommend staying here and will return!

We wanted a quite and peaceful getaway to enjoy the nearby Pebbly Beach and we got just that! The villas were very spacious and very comfortable with all the modern trimmings. The host, Phil, was a very lovely gentleman who looked after us. I wish we had booked for a longer stay but look forward to coming back again in the near future and bring more of the family to experience what we did!

My wife and I ditched the kids and spent the October long weekend here and had the most wonderful weekend escape. The villas are beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. The surrounding gardens and grounds are beautifully kept which apparently is quite a challenge with the local kangaroo population. There is a BBQ out on the balcony for enjoying the warm evenings, and there is also a park wood fired Pizza Oven that host Phil will crank up for you if you are feeling in an Italian cooking mood.Hosts Phil and Kathy are extremely welcoming and accomodating, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and settled. They have a bird feeder which attracts exquisite bird life each morning.Pebbly beach road is a short (unsealed) 4km drive through beautiful national forest to a very private little beach. Kangaroos are ridiculously tame!If you are a coffee lover my tip is to head for Crumb Cafe in Batehaven or Native in Ulladulla for a pretty fancy breakfast and a great coffee. You are looking at around a 20-30 km drive.Great off road 4wd roads in this area which you can spend all day exploring. Chat to Phil and Kathy about the beat tracks to try out, and take the local maps that are available in your villa. We spent several hours each day 4WD exploring the surrounding national parks and state forests.The weekend was filled with some really lovely memories- fish and chips, wood fired pizza, long walks on the beach, flying kites on the beach, 4x4 off roading and more. The villa made the perfect home base for a really memorable time away.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Greenwood Park Estate. Phil & Kathy really thought about every details of the place. Nice, quiet, well equipped and luxury accommodation. Especially the landscape, a well designed botanic garden. Close to beaches and top fishing spots in the south coast. Will come back again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Greenwood Park Estate. It is just a short drive to Batemans Bay and the beaches. Great to use as a base to do short day trips up north and down south to see all the attractions the south coast has to offer. Our villa was secluded in a bush setting - great to look out and only hear the birds. The owners are friendly and obliging. They have paid great attention to detail in providing such high quality accommodation. Everything is modern, super clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We had the choice of our own private BBQ on the balcony or the use of the outdoor communal area with even a pizza oven. We'll certainly be back soon!

Fabulous place to stay. WOW! was our reaction when we walked in the door of our villa.This villa was spacious, bright, immaculately cleaned, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Our queen size bed had beautiful crisp white sheets. We even got slippers and a gown supplied.The owners have thought of everything for our comfort. The well equipped kitchen meant we could cook lovely meals for ourselves.Our luxury villa was very private and surrounded by bushland. The only sounds were the beautiful birds in the treetops....an ideal place for a relaxing, peaceful getaway.Not far to drive to Pebbly Beach and other beaches.From now on, Greenwood Park Estate will be our choice of place to stay when we visit the south coast for another getaway holiday.

We stayed at Greenwood Park Estate for my daughter’s birthday in Jan 2021. The estate is tucked away in a secluded area near Pebbly Beach. If you don’t mind the 20 minute drive to the central area, this is a good option.5 Star CleanlinessCleanliness is high on my list when it comes to accommodation and this place just ticks the box. The place has been well maintained and offers privacy as there are only 6 cottages.Excellent hostsPhillip and Kathy were friendly and accommodating. They gave us a tour of the cottage and gave recommendations on where to eat and what to do.Wi-fiWi-fi is bit slow. Not really a deal breaker for us but might be an issue with some people.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Greenwood Park Estate. Phil & Kathy have put a lot of thought to what would make a difference to the comfort and the quality of anyone's stay, including nibbles! The photos are truthful to what we found: it's spacious, and well arranged. We are looking forward to a future visit!

The family & I had a wonderful stay over the recent Easter long weekend. The Villa was absolutely amazing and offered everything you could ask for when on a family getaway. The overall grounds were beautifully maintained which is a great job in its self considering how much open space is on offer. Will definitely be back there again ASAP!!

Beautiful clean spacious villas. Bathrooms were great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for 3 nights. We loved our peaceful and restful stay at Phil and Kathy’s who were great hosts. Kitchen had everything we needed including the Nespresso coffee machine. We also used the outdoor pizza oven which was a lovely area. Would definitely stay again.
