I was very anxious about my full body laser experience, but Amy put me at ease and was SO quick! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She was lovely to chat too whilst still being extremely professional during sensitive areas! Would 100% recommend!!

LCA Wendouree are extremely lucky to have Charlotte work for them. LCA has high standards they provide, and Charlotte went above and beyond expectations. She is well educated in her field, and listens to what your needs are thoroughly, explaining the treatment you are receiving as well as other suitable treatments. She made the experience perfect

I have been to the clinic every 4 weeks for 6months and each time I have been dissatisfied with the customer care and service. The staff have been rude and disrespectful for no reason and I am surprised people return with the level of customer care. I wouldn’t go back even though the services are prepaid, so I’ve wasted my time and my money that I can’t get refunded.

Prepaid for several services that I used till an unexpected hospital visit last year. I'm no longer eligible for laser hair started the 'refund' process last year, when I was able to ring back they changed it so I would no longer be able to get a refund even though the last manager (last year!) approved it. Offered a gift certificate or re provide proof, I said a gift cert was fine and they told me to come into clinic to get. When I went in I explain I still had some sessions left from 2 different packages, they wouldn't write it out then and that they would get back to me... I'm not shocked no one has but a complete waste of my time. would have been happy even with a gift cert of the remainder of the services I already paid for. I rang this clinic 13 times! since January 26th on for messages to be passed on and never addressed or sorted and then went in personally after I was told.I'm tired of chasing it up now and will accept that it's not worth it as at least one of the packages is now expired and this clinic isn't worth it, especially if you're going to have unexpected health issues. Honestly disgraceful service considering I would have happily gone back for services or products I would be eligible for.

Never had a bad experience here. All of the staff are so lovey and so good at explaining the products. Erin does my services and it so thorough!

I have to say, most of the girls there are very lovely. But there was this one young girl, or old i couldn’t tell. Red hair and i think her name was Bree? I am a highly devoted christian and she was speaking of inappropriate things.

I was really disappointed with my experience. Had to wait 30 mins before getting served and then be told the appointment had been cancelled, when I had already booked(with proof) and then i couldn't have my appointment at all. Very disorganised.

Always a great experience there! Erin does an amazing job and is great at explaining all the products.
