Chris is an incredible practitioner, who I have seen for pregnancy and post-pregnancy health.Chris was able to help me prepare my body for a natural, unassisted birth. Eastern Vitality (which is where I see Chris) is a beautiful clinic that I travel over an hour to get to, and is well worth the drive!

Chris is a magician!I have seen him now for both of my pregnancies and could not recommend him higher.In my first pregnancy I saw him from 36/37 weeks for labour prep, I had about 4 sessions - the last one being on a Saturday morning and I went into labour on the Sunday night (a few days before my due date.) I had quick labour and great birth.In my 2nd pregnancy, we had moved but Eastern Vitality is absolutely worth the 35 min drive.I first saw Chris again at about 28 weeks with sciatic pain that neither a chiropractor or osteopath had been able to help me with. 1 session with Chris and I was 95% fixed, after my 2nd session it was gone and I felt the best I had the whole pregnancy. We then worked on preparation for birth - this time at 39 weeks my water broke at 2am - I had an appointment at lunchtime and asked Chris to help me get things going. Halfway through my appointment contractions started, and 3 hours later our baby had arrived.Chris is kind, warm and welcoming and the first thing I suggest to friends and family who are expecting is to go see him!

Chris has been there every step of the way throughout our IVF & our pregnancy journey. Chris’ calming & relaxed nature made every session enjoyable & I always left feeling calm & centered. Chris has been so flexible to accommodate us last minute. I attribute a successful embryo implantation & spontaneous labour to Chris. Thank you Chris for everything.

When I first saw Chris I was physically and emotionally stressed, struggling to sleep, and just couldn't get my iron levels up despite being on supplements for months.Within a few sessions my sleep had improved, my energy levels were up, and 6 months on, my body is finally responding to the iron supplements and my levels are the highest they've been in over 2 years. Chris has a way of making you feel valued and heard no matter your concerns or circumstance. He is very nurturing and calming, which is exactly what I needed throughout this pandemic.

Chris is amazing. I had been seeing him late in my pregnancy for acupuncture for back pain, which improved and then my sessions turned into us focusing on optimal baby positioning for labour. The day after my last session with Chris I went into labour and had a happy healthy birth. Now I see Chris for hormonal balancing and improving pregnancy stretch marks. He's always so kind and informative. Highly recommended :)
