All the otherdontist were lovely but one was amazing. Her name was Karen and she was so helpful. She talked me through the procedure when I was anxious. She was just a nice person and I had to let people know.

Highly recommended Dr Healy! Had my braces put on 2 years ago and they turned out the best they ever could have, everyone is super friendly and professional and helped me so much!

Terrible, no respect for the patient, they were out for lunch and arrived at the clinic 20 minutes late, 10 people waiting, no excuse for that. Lack of professionalism and respect for people.

My experience at Healy Orthodontics was insanely wonderful. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The receptionists are kind and loving and pour their hearts to you. They welcome all new patients with hand sanitiser and a beautiful smile. My personal favourite is Karen. She has warm personality and a calm aura. She radiates kindness and does nothing nothing but reassure you throughout your orthodontic experiences. I also adore Quentin. He is passionate with his work and deserves a sizeable raise. I've got nothing but well wishes for the staff at Healy Orthodontics New Town.

From the moment we arrived at Healy Orthodontics we were treated with wonderful customer service from the desk staff and dental nurses alike. Professor Gilchrist was wonderful and explained to my daughter in detail why she needed braces and what would be required to be done. Throughout the 2.5 year period that she had the braces on we were always treated professionally by all the staff involved. I would highly recommend Healy Orthodontics to anyone .
