He was honest about their performance and took into consideration that I was purchasing for my daughter’s birthday and she’s worked on a commercial machine. He gave me 3 great quotes to choose from. When I purchased the staff were so lovely. Mahit took his time to actually unpackaged our brand new machine, show me exactly how to use it and the grinder then carefully packaged it back up for me to take home. Helpful, knowledgeable, and honest staff both at the sales desk and in the workshop. And the showroom is amazing.
