Charming cafe and friendly and knowledgeable owner. We were in a bit of a hurry for breakfast and he promised us a quick turn around and delivered just that with no sacrifice in quality of the experience. Beautiful fresh eggs done perfectly (poached and scrambled) on very nice artisan toast accompanied by delicious hot coffee. All served up at lovely window side table. A great relaxed experience shared with locals and their assorted range of character-filled hounds. We’ll definitely be back next time we are in Sydney.

food is good and so too is the view if you’re seated from above but my gosh the customer service was disappointing. We had ordered a borek from the front to come with salad and it never arrived. This was something that was readily available to customers ordering takeaway and the waitress mentioned that it was coming and it never did 20mins later. The owner offered some compensation to take the borek that I had refused and instead gave me Portuguese tarts which was overly sweet. Might just do takeaway if it’s going to be this much of a disappointment. The lite burger option is good since that one came at a reasonable time. Parking is limited in time and in the area but definitely able to find it

Genuinely the very best welcoming staffs work here, they always make me feel home. The place has lovely atmosphere with happy baristas and chefs. Beautiful plants and photos of nature give a fresh vibrant vibes. Food and coffee absolutely the best quality. Their blueberry smoothie is my favourite. :))

What a beautiful local cafe and delicious foods, very hospitable, even the owners greeted and talked to us considering the place was packed and put a smile on our faces. Above and beyond, this cafe is worth a visit, top of our list, and we are coming back.

A MUST TRY!It's hard to miss this gem. From the moment you see the unique GREEN DOOR to the open window that lets you peak into the cafe from where you are - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!There is something for everyone. The moment you are greeted and enter Precinct37 you feel WARMTH & WELCOMED! I have been twice since they opened (I was at the opening). The owners Leo & Petch know what they are doing - quality service, delicious food, amazing atmosphere and vibe and helpful & attentive staff are the sure recipe to why they continue to be busy during service times.The food is absolutely impressive, the magician in the kitchen makes the most absolute scrumptious dishes. The beef & chicken burgers ARE THE BEST!!! The onion rings on the beef burgers MOUTH-WATERING!!! Wanting something light, refreshing & filling - go for The Glory". The pastries are delectable. We had a high tea party for my father-in-law's 80th birthday upstairs at Precinct37. Leo and his team were outstanding. The food and service was incredible and the room was so beautifully set up. Everyone who attended commented on how wonderful the venue was for the occasion and how fantastic all the food and drinks were. We are forever grateful to you Leo for making Barry's 80th so memorable.

12/10 for atmosphere in the heart of Annandale! Serving Ona single-origin coffee roasted in Canberra which is also very popular in Melbourne - the taste is so smooth & full of flavour - I had two!Owner Leo greets everyone with a smile & friendly chat, including the dogs, who are spoilt with a little treat as well!It’s a prime location for people watching, dog spotting & kids can decorate their own cookies - there seems to be something for everyone!Upstairs has an extensive Bar & balcony tables.Soon to be open for Thai dinners on Friday, Saturday & Sundays -it will be easy to while-away the hours all weekend!
