Shop person was rude because bike was not supposedly expensive enough!However bike was fixed appropriately despite the lack of good customer service skill from the shop owner.Would rather take my bike somewhere else next time!!!

Would not recommend Tim as he is abrasive, aggressive, abusive & rude!Have had ongoing issues with my Mobility Scooter & to a point he has been helpful in providing a loan scooter, however he had mine for over a month & STILL HASN'T FIXED THE ISSUE! I was NOT having this issue prior to having steering rods & front tyres replaced. Returned my scooter to me with a different issue & took over 2 months to come & get it again to fix the new issue. Fast forward a month later & he still hadn't even looked at it!Then said he tested it & couldn't find any issue & returned it to me, only to have the exact same issue I wanted repaired.3 days after returning it to me, I broke down in the next suburb & had to leave it with very kind strangers & needed to then catch a taxi home as I was left stranded with a scooter that broke down.As if that wasn't bad enough, when I texted him with a video of the issue he said he couldn't find & did not fix, I rang the following day to chase it up & he was Rude, Aggressive & Abusive. Used foul language to me, a disabled lady & blamed me for what is an electrical fault of some kind!ALL OF THIS IN EARSHOT OF MY ELDERLY DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER!!Very poor people & communication skills & extremely unprofessional in his attitude.No matter who's fault" the issue might be
