Went to the Blacktown store yesterday. The staff are amazing.Was looking for a quilt and a beautiful lady named Doris came and gave me so much assistance and advice. She went out of her way to explain the different qualities and feel of the actual products. Could not recommend her more highly. Great job Harris Scarf in hiring such brilliant team members. It was a pleasure to shop there.

I had a broken plate in a dinner set I purchased . Was able to replace set the following day , unfortunately another brake. I had a new plate hand delivered to my work address on the Monday. Impressed

Really well stocked lovley shop, every staff member welcomes you or smiles and makes you feel very welcome. fantastic shop . id happily go there just to take a stroll thru to see what they have new or just have a look around.. great shop highly recommend .. well done to all staff 5 star job

Big Store with Great Prices and Excellent Staff Especially Doris. She was very kind and nice and treated me very nicely and helped me choose the best pillow. She took her time and didn’t rush things and got me the best pillow. Doris is such a kind and lovely staff and knows how to do her job and is really helpful.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.I was tired after a long day and couldn’t do math for a discount. I had politely asked one of the retail assistants (Therese 5406) who was on the checkout to do a price check for me….she patronised and insulted my intelligence towards me in front of my mate and her work colleagues. If you don’t want to help customers or maybe a bit inconvenienced to do your actual job it’s probably time to find a different job or retire Karen! aka Therese
