Vic was a very courteous and obliging young man. I have had my oven cleaned many times from other companies, but Vic had done the best job by far. Extremely satisfied and will certainly be using Optima again.

Marzena is a very efficient and obliging cleaner. She is genuine and honest and has done a very good job each time she has cleaned in my home.

Contacted this company about bond cleaning carpets and pest control general cleaning got a quote and booked it and got confirmed then day before was cancelled so booked for the next day tryes to get me to cancel that one but I couldn't then when they went in for the cleaning tried to hit me for more money because the unit was not clean I refused to pay extra and then job got cancelled because I refused to pay extra for a quoted job the unit had little bit of dust and stuff. Worst company ever do not use this mob they will try and rip u off and keep cancelling trying to move jobs around please don't be fooled like I was
