Really poor build and service. Do not use them.

Ocean Blu Pools & Spas built our pool in 2017 and from the outset, their communication was second to none. Our pool build started 1 week after signing in late October and was completed by Christmas. They recommended and installed a fully automatic system which has allowed us to enjoy the pool without the need to have a degree in chemistry. Jason went out of his way to ensure we had an awesome outdoor entertainment area. He helped with negotiating prices for landscaping materials as well as trades for the completion of the outdoor entertainment area. Nothing was ever too hard and his tradies were professional and courteous . I appreciated the fact that he contacted us afterwards to make sure we were fully satisfied with the new outdoor entertainment area. Our friends and family have commented how the build has completely transformed our backyard and we spend much more family time in our own oasis. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ocean Blu Pools and Spas if you are thinking of building a quality pool and entertainment area.

Thanks to Jason from Ocean Blu Pools for creating a beautiful pool for us in difficult circumstances. We had about 10 quotes from different pool companies and dealt with a number of rip off merchants and are glad that we did choose Jason in the end. The process was faultless and the result was amazing - he did an all inclusive service including a garden makeover. Furthermore, some years following the installation we had a problem with a heat pump that stopped working 2 months out of warranty. Jason handled things with the company concerned and got a replacement organised on a no cost basis for us. This is true customer service - both from Jason and Astral pools who organised the replacement. I would have no hesitation referring Jason to my friends, or myself if we moved house.

We had Jason come out and look at our site and tell us he couldn’t quote until we had building site plans, so we applied to council, received them a week later then emailed them straight through for a quote and nothing - no response. 3 unanswered calls, 2 emails and 2 text messages later and no decency to reply to any of them. We are not bothering with this arrogance and rudeness. I understand it is a busy industry at the moment but having some common courtesy to let someone know you don’t want their work is not difficult. We will take our business elsewhere for sure!!!
