I went in this afternoon and there was only one poor lady working there with no help at all! After speaking to her I learnt that it was only her 3rd week working at Gloria Jeans… and she had been left alone to handle the afternoon rush. She was absolutely lovely and handled the situation as well as she could, but Gloria Jean’s really needs to take better care of their staff, I felt awful for this poor woman! What terrible manager leaves a new employee alone in the store!

The lids always fall off! I've had a number of issues when picking up a coffee or frappe, the lid has fallen off and always results in a mess... very annoying, not sure I'll be coming back.

I came for time today, I asked if they have gluten free bread (some people is intolerant to gluten and wheat) and they looked at me “ what is that”!? , almost upset because I asked!!!Not really nice customer service and not good options!

DO NOT order their muffins or baked goods, they are days old, stale and rock hard. No regards for health and safety of their patrons at all.

Ive been working down the road for the past six months and every morning I come in to buy a coffee. Not only is the owner always incredibly nice to me but he is a great person to chat too about days. He understands his customers and he always make the best coffees for me. It’s gotten to a point where he just knows my order off my heart. He is such a beautiful soul and always makes sure to look after his customers. Especially in Williamstown where people are very rude and are so incredibly picky, he makes the most of his days and always delivers.

Quite a large cafe that can be really busy or really empty. I’ve always liked their iced chocolate and when I brought in my own cup for coffee they were happy to fill it.Nice array of sweet treats for that morning or afternoon sugar hit.Staff are lovely. Wheelchair accessible. Kid friendly.
