They're on top of every aspect of the leasing and property management game - from finding great tenants, thorough vetting, personable onboarding, coordinating regular inspections and troubleshooting any maintenance issues in a timely and affordable manner. We lived abroad for a major portion of our time renting our flat out, and Liz felt like a trusted extension of our team - someone we could trust to make the right call when timezones weren't on our side. Liz is always happy to help with contractor recommendations too, and she has an excellent reputation across the Eastern Suburbs which has meant we've received top quality service from providers she has recommended to us. Five stars. We can't recommend Liz and the team at Aspect more highly enough!

Avoid this agency at all costs. They tried to take us to court, accusing us of missing 8 days rent, which all turned out to be their mistakes with not recording their ledger properly - and no apology!
