Very easy to book in my test drive & on the day Henry was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, other cars that may have interested me as well as putting me at ease when driving an unfamiliar car. Great experience

I have not had any issues with servicing or the staff.... Staff are very friendly and listen to anything you have to say regarding your vehicle. I had an issue with an occasional vibration when accelerating, which was intermittent. The mechanic thoroughly investigated the issue and turned out I needed a Diff replacement... not great news to have, but I am grateful that my concern was taken seriously..... could have quite easily taken it for a test drive and advise me that they did not detect the vibration" and left it at that."

Staff are friendly and polite. (1 star)I booked my Discovery 3 in for its 220000 km service and to resolve intermittent electrical issues ( known colloquially as the “Three Amigos”) . I explained that when the issues arose, I lost cruise control, ABS and the suspension lowered to Access height.Two days later and $2400 poorer, I picked up my vehicle and managed to get 107 km away before my Amigo friends returned. Fortunately a restart cleared the problem(s) and I was able to complete my 400 km journey home. When I pulled under my carport it occurred again and now it also emits a screeching air noise from the suspension and the brake warning light turns red and emission a piercing sound. Austral’s records will show that this has been going on for years. I rang 3days ago and asked to speak to the Service manager to arrange to leave the vehicle until it is fixed and get a loan vehicle. He/she have failed to ring me back.
