Skyballroom was so beautiful and elegant and the Chinese food is not disappointing at all. We chose the packaged deal and everyone had a ball! My friends and family kept on complimenting on the food When we got to the 3rd dish we were all getting full. I am pleased to say it’s the best wedding I’ve experienced and service and staff is excellent. They’re honest and very catering too.

Exceptional service from when we booked our event all the way through to the end. The Sky Ballroom is stunning. Very reasonable prices and good inclusions - fireworks, byo spirits, early bump in time for vendors.Staff very easy to work with and accommodating throughout the planning process - thank you Angela and Tracy. Dedicated staff on the night - venue manager and bridal party manager Amin and Tariq. Both were very helpful and ensured the event ran smoothly. Service was beyond expectations.Thank you to the Highline Team for making our event memorable.

My brother and his wife celebrated their wedding at the Highline Venue. The venue allowed them to reschedule their dates twice due to COVID. I found the venue elegant and well-appointed. It was a hot day, so the reception was kept cool, which was great! We had the seafood menu, which was good considering they had 270+ guests. Some guests thought the timing between each course was a bit slow, but it didn't bother me because I was too busy having fun! Although I felt bad for the vegetarian guests - they had to keep reminding the waiters for their vegetarian course to arrive. Overall, we all had a great time!To management: I would have given one less star for the customer service as I found some of your staff not so friendly - like they don't want to be there.

13.6.21 We had my sons wedding, it was a beautiful venue the food was delicious and the service was faultless.Thankyou for a great night had by all and till now everyone still talking about a fantastic night celebrating the start of Peter & Reyams wedding & a life full of so much love and fun. Food excellent, venue was beautiful.

Had our reception there, wonderful location and amazing setup.However was super disappointed with the events coordinator not having explaining additional charges clearly in advance, and refuse to provide proper explanation afterwards.Also during the events - the wait staff was rude to some guests, the special food guest request was not addressed well and wrong food were served, we had to change our agenda to suit the venues despite schedule has been shared previously to name a few others.Overall - disappointing, not something you are should get from a medium/high end venue.

Came here for a friend's wedding reception and was surprised on the decor and service. The entrance is presentable and the rooms were clean and spacious. Ample amount of parking downstairs. Only thing was the massive pillars inside some of the rooms, it got in the way and the projectors would be better with a screen in the background and not just projected on the wall. Overall though, was impressed.

Our guests couldn't stop raving about the mouthwatering dishes that delighted their taste buds.Aside from the enchanting venue and delightful cuisine, I must commend the venue staff for their utmost professionalism and timeliness (special mention to the Room Manager Hana!). From the initial planning stages to the final execution, they were a team of dedicated professionals who went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our wedding was flawless. They were attentive to our needs, prompt in their responses, and their impeccable service added an extra layer of elegance to the entire experience. We felt truly cared for and valued as guests.I wholeheartedly recommend the Highline Venue to host your wedding. You will not be disappointed!
