I paid and ordered a Barcoo bridle with a name plate, Nov 2020 the bridle arrived in the mail early January, the name plate on the head band was noticeably on an angle, I let Candice know and posted the headband back to be fixed.Its now 12th April I just received the headband back the new name plates on an angle again this time a different shape & sharp edges, I am now going to take the headband to saddler to remove the nasty sharp edged name plate. So 5 months & $440.00 LATER the leathers great I wish I didn't get a name plate.

Bought a couple of pairs of Nomad boots. After no more than 6 weeks wear, the soles have started to fall apart & bits of it are peeling away, as well as the sides coming away from the sole. I emailed Double C on 16/10/18. 4 weeks later still no acknowledgement of my email. This is exceptionally poor customer relations. I strongly suggest this is not a good company to deal with, particularly if you need to make a complaint about a product. They obviously don't give a damn about good customer relations.Far from impressed.
