Never go on a Tuesday night. Change over specials happen & alot of current specials are stripped from the shelves. 2 shelf packers advised to get a raincheck on an item i came especially in for but the front desk says no rainchecks. Explained that the front desk & checkout were different departments. I advised they were the same Woollies & staff memos & meetings were common in most large organisations. Sing from the same songbook Ffs.

Parking can get a bit crazy. However, first 3 hours free.Love the marked down bakery items. Free fruit basket for kids. Sushi store inside alongside deli and seafood dept.Toilets, male female and disabled/parents inside store.Staff are friendly and helpful. Close to home.Good weekly specials. 3 click and collect bays for direct to boot pick up. Notifications and prompts for collection are good and timely. Can pick up some great deals and freebies on the Everyday Rewards app.

This is an excellent Woolies, large, lots of space, well laid out, lots of variety at good prices and they have sushi! Deli servers are friendly but often seem to be busy. Fruit and veg are always good consistent quality. Staff in self checkout can be a bit officious. The machines annoyingly have regular glitches. Maybe better to go through staffed checkout? The only downside here is the carpark - what were the planners thinking? Big Top is much better. But, Woolies is still good and their Rewards program is excellent.

Its woolies. Google maps and apple maps made it proper hard to find this store. I spent $250 but they didn’t give my son any brick farm blox :( There’s a source bulk foods store right outside which makes this my preferred Woolies compared to the one across the street.

Well huge change in Feb 1 2021. No roast chickens at 6pm - told to try Coles as the Woollies big top also doesn't have chickens after 6pm. Empty meat section. Note to self don't shop on a Monday. Previous 4 star review from last year below. Roast chickens until 7pm which is better than Bigtop Woolies & not being refurbished atm large range. Less 1 star for not stocking an Aussie Mayonnaise. Canadian, New Zealand, Asian - more than 10 brands but no 100% Aussie??,Most % was 30% ingredients from here. Really, we don't have eggs & vegetable oil, in Australia? Come on Woollies do better by Aussie companies. Even the Woolies brand was mostly sourced overseas. Prove me wrong please.

rude customer service through checkout and I wasn't aware that the customer had to pack your own bags. Woolworths isn't ALDI.

Parking is probably the only real issue with this store, good service and usually smells like pastry as bakery is right next to entrance.
