I called Damien for advice about running out of hot water periodically and whether it was worthwhile upgrading to a new different system. His knowledge about off peak, tank lifespan and hot water bulk usage was very much appreciated. He wasn't pushy in trying to sell us a new system, quite the opposite. We are going to better manage our hot water/off peak for now with his advice. We are going to get the most out of our current working 250 ltr tank and call him when our current system eventually fails.

I rang Damien after a previous guy didn't turn up, glad he didn't now. I highly recommend him as he lives up to the reviews given on him and more. I had no hot water, rang Damien at about 9.30 and had hot water by late afternoon. The whole process was easy, he rang when he said he would and arrived when he said he would.
