Great service here every time. The staff are so open to answering any questions and have so much knowledge on all thr products. Feel free to ask them for suggestions too or their favourite products. They also have such a wide range of products.

Always smells so insanely strong that you're almost convinced you've entered an alternate reality. The products look entirely devourable and the temptation to take a bite is always high but as always, great staff, quality products and vegan friendly.

Lush has always been one of my absolute favorite places of all time to visit. The atmosphere is magical, it transports you away from all your stresses, and the products are always, always top tier - the smell is bang on, presentation is good enough to eat, packaging is iconic and sustainable. The staff are always, always so friendly and make such an effort to every single customer in store and to fulfill the purpose of why we came into the store at the first place. I think that the customer service at Lush transcends customer service at any store I have been to. Everyone is so friendly, warm and dedicated to helping you - even if it means going out of their way - and provides a genuine human touch" to the place that we all adore. I love love love! I was in yesterday (26/06) and was spoken to by a girl with real short hair and a white frilly undershirt, I didn’t get her name. She was absolutely amazing and so nice, very smiley. I really appreciated her customer service skills. You are so lucky to have her as part of your team!

I visit the CBR city store a couple of times a year to buy gifts, and I’ve never known her name, but a lovely brunette girl is consistently friendly and extremely helpful every time I visit the store and helped me to find an amazing scrub to use on facial hair today! The rest of the team is always great as well and always leave me thinking, ‘wow, there are still kind people in retail that actually care!’Cheers guys!

Kate was absolutely amazing. She help me find a conditioner that I needed. she even gave me some samples of products to test out. As I’m not sure what will work for my hair. While Kate was packaging my items Kate (other sale rep) was lovely as well very friendly.

Lush looks, smells and feels like a food store, but nothing here is edible. Loads of bath soaps and bombs that will delight you and leave you feeling great.Friendly and engaging staff.
