Dodo Internet Campbelltown Mall

Dodo is a disgusting service. They charge you for the modem with a service connection. Can not provide the service for over a week. I cancelled it went with another provider and when it came to returning the unused modem after spending way to long on the phone being transferred around to be told I can't return it. So they tried to steal 60$ from me. I am taking this to fair trading if they don't contact me in the next 24 hours as requested. I am not coping that down right deceitful practise and attempt to take money they don't deserve and didn't complete their end of the contract for!

If I could give zero stars for this horrid place, I would. The service at this Kiosk is a total nightmare. The person in charge of this kiosk has gotten my father's details, and tried to sell him the electricity price offer - when he was only there to get a SIM Card, and he kept on trying to sell the electricity price offer to my father. It turns out that the person in charge has fooled my father to get his details, and suddenly signed him up and transferred him to Dodo's Electricity without ANY permission, and we found out in our letterbox from Dodo earlier this afternoon. That is DOWNRIGHT ILLEGAL for anyone to put someone into a service without the customer's consent. My father is now furious because of what this person has done and is now stressing out. The move made by the person in charge of this Kiosk has done a scam move, DID NOT GET ANY PERMISSION FROM HIM TO TRANSFER HIM TO THEIR SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY FOOLISH. DO NOT GO HERE.

Who else doesn’t know about the surprise exit fees of $55 per account. Apparently it’s in the welcome pack. So you read it after you signed up. My God!!!!

The manager tricked me by getting my detail for electricy price comparison only, but end up transfering my electricity from my existing provider to dodo without my permission. No business integrity, terrible service.

Poor service and no such best service commitment in terms of new connection fees and not committed for on time adsl & home phone service and they stick with that they don’t have any port availability although they already sign up Customer contract by checking available port positively.Never ever thing for Dodo service it’s really poor and no commitment on service and last option have to contact another retailer to get it fix new connection.

Internet works fine, I transferred my account address from Campbelltown have had no issues at all, but recently I signed up for a mobile plan with 12gb of data per month, internet fine mobile phone service non-existent I have missed many calls some have cost me a lot of money and my health as I've missed calls from my doctor, from specialists ans the hospital, THIS IS ALL BAD.
