whether its to skate, buy meth or be stared at by strangers in the car park, Emerald skatepark has a nice mini half pipe, fun box, half bowl, quarter bowl, and two larger quarter piles.Fun fact, this park was designed by a 4 year old playing create a park in Tony Hawks Pro Skater 4.There is no flow to it, if it wasn't for the fact that this is the only skate park in Emerald, I probably wouldn't go. Try skating down Miranda Heights or East Nogoa hills, 100x more enjoyable, especially with friends. Some locals made an Emerald Skateboarding group on Facebook and they're all really chill.

The emerald skate park is decent enough, though it is in dire need of repairs.

As a regular visitor, I can say it is a fantastic venue. Not only because I hit those magical grinds and sick as tail whips. When I hit those mad 360's the smell of meth just fills my lungs. Nothing greater than that. Whether you come here to meet the fantastic cooked out lads or get to second base with your ride, the park will be welcoming to anyone that comes. Was disappointed when I rolled my ankle on a snort pipe but that was just a minor inconvenience and did help me not to pay for a new one, it didn't stop me from hitting those backys. You have to watch out for the thugs there, they could roll up on you at any moment. Hitting those ramps and making double backys on a small ramp. They'll show you up at any chance they get. Meeting up with the boys has never felt so alive. The guys are always done to share their bingo cards and Woolworth collectables. The community has never been stronger.
