I took my dog there a couple of years ago and have never forgotten it. Like another person said, my dog was dragged into the back room. When I collected him, he had blood on his back, and his foot was bleeding. She outright denied she did it... lying straight to my face!!! A liar and cruel!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE!!!!I took my dog there he came back with a badly cut ear and cuts all over him. She didn't even care about his ear or anything, no apology just nothing. He got a very bad rash all over. The job that was done on him was shocking not just from all the cuts but missed and uneven hair all over. We are certain they drug the dogs to make it easier to cut them and put in very small cages.

I usually take my maltese shitzu to petstock but thought I would give these guys a go... best decision ever! She did an amazing job! It looks like she has styled his face to suit him not just done one all over length. I will absolutely be back!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!I did work experience at that place with the owner “Alexandra” years back and I’m still absolutely traumatised from how poorly the animals are treated by her.She ties them up so tight that they can barely keep their feet on the ground. It was the worst week of my life and I was too young and scared to say anything to her so I waited and called the RSPCA but not sure what’s happened since then. PLEASE if you love your pet do not take them to her shop

Do not use this place. I paid $180 for two small dogs. Their hair is uneven everywhere (face, ears, feet, etc), their nails were barely touched, there were clipper lines" all over
