Newport Smiles Dental Surgery

I had a fantastic experience with Dr Losonski. She was honest in what was required to fix my teeth and was very thorough with all my examinations and treatments. She was also very patient and caring during those “difficult” moments with my teeth!! I would highly recommend her!!

I went to this clinic less than a year ago to consult with one of their orthodontists about having my lower teeth straightened. My lower teeth were crowded and were becoming a problem. To my shock, I was asked by the dentist of this clinicwhy are you bothering with this?" and also was told that I should just live with it (possibly because am not young). I knew that the work to be done in my mouth was involved

I’ve been going to this dental surgery for the past 15 years and they have provided exceptional service the whole time.Their staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Major disappointment.Nice people when you talk to them.But the I never had my tooth broken in my life....And yet 2 have broken by the 2 fillings they have done.The only end result I was given - 'we can pull it out for you'!!!Major, major disappointment.

After going to a specific child dentist for my 5 year old son who scared us by saying that he has to have a tooth pulled out and the only way he can have dental work is by having him in hospital under general anaesthesia, we were recommended by a friend to go to Newport Smiles.Dr Claudia and her team were fantastic. They showed my son all the instruments that they were going to use and asked him what he was scared of (which was the suction tube) and they showed him how it works. He has been there twice now and yes, he still gets nervous, but the ladies make him feel so comfortable and they get the job done..I'm so glad we found a clinic that is so helpful and great at what they do and most importanly, no tooth pulled out or traumatic hospital visits for a basic filling.

Went there last Monday. Dentist and staff did a good job. However when I booked over the phone I was told that a clean and a check up would cost $175". Then after my appointment the price jumped to "$255". I WASN'T EVEN GIVEN A FULL BREAK DOWN OF THE CHARGES ON THE INVOICE. I personally wouldn't go back to a business that adds extra costs with not telling a customer"

got to be honest here pre covid where amazing but been trying to book appointment for so long and they simply fail to return call or emails. moving on to a new proactive dentist very disappointed.

I take my 4 and 2 year old kids there for fillings without any needles , so lovely and so patient and professional , cant recommend them enough and they don't charge too much for such great service .
