Not my normal place to get my hair cut and I was really pleased with the service and quality.Went one afternoon at 4:30pm and they were not taking any more clients, so make sure you get in straight after school or away from the office early. I went back the next day at 3pm and straight in, no waiting at all.The lovely hairdresser Tracey followed my instructions correctly and did a great job. She was up for a chat and very friendly.For the cost and how good of a job she did I would highly recommend Jacks to all people.

Took my kids to this shop second time as we had amazing experience the first time where the lady greeted with smile and took care to do my boys hair cut and gave them warm facial towel at the end. The second time took my boy there, a difference lady did a good job at my boys haircut but didn’t even ask if he would like the warm facial towel. My boys head, face and shirt is filled with hair everywhere. When I asked why didn’t he get a towel, she said that not everyone like to have it, she just want to collect payment so she can move on to the next customer.What makes her assumed what the customer might want or not want without even checking with the customer first? The standard varies from different staff. It may sound petty, but I will not return to this shop due to the fact that it’s just cut we receive and not even hair wash for kids with $33.50 charged! I see no added value to it and for the price we paid, we could easily a get better service and haircut elsewhere. Very disappointing!

All over it was a normal , good service , but a bit pricey to be honest , 2 weeks has gone & i still can't imagine i paid $94.50 for a clean shave & a hair trim...

Joanna cut my sons hair, I really appreciated her expertise and knowledge when it came to cutting his hair. He wanted the fade and cut that all the kids are getting but we were able to find a style that complimented my sons face shape and his his double crown at the ba k which always makes his hair stand up like alfalfa. I was soo happy I almost cried when I saw my sons hair. She did an amazing job, she saw my vision and she executed the job soo well. Thank you and will definitely return.

I walked into this establishment, as soon as i entered, the room smelt like mould and i was greeted by a man called moustafa, i politely asked for a taper fade. He moved my small head very aggressively and refused to let me use a booster seat so i can see into the mirror. 10 minutes had passed and my haircut was finished. my whole head was shaved and the top was left like a birds nest. The sides are not faded and i now look like horrific. Please reconsider training and re consider moustafas contract at this establishment due to him stuffing up my hair and not knowing what a taper" even though there was a photo of a fade inside. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING or reccomending this shop to anyone"

I came in near their closing time and I was greeted in a friendly manner by Carolina who was more than happy to cut my hair. She did a fantastic job, professionally and didn’t try and didn’t try and rush me. Thank you!

The whole family kids and husband had haircuts on a busy Saturday, and everyone was super happy with their haircuts. Everyone was welcoming and the service we got was very professional and great quality cuts. Definetively recommend this place.

HORRIBLE HAIRCUTS, man named 'moustafa' had taken to the cutting of my hair. I had requested a mid taper skin fade with arrows at the back, once he had done the fading, mind you it was NOT faded, he proceeded to take a razor to make the arrows, with the razor he slipped and sliced the back of my head open forcing me to go to the hospital for stitches. He simply apologises and STILL made me pay for the atrocity that he had left on the remainder of my head. THE HOSPITAL BILL LEFT MY BANK ACCOUNT IN RUINS. I cannot stress how much damage this place has done to me.Mark Hana

Absolutely amazing hairdresser. Staff is always friendly and are lovely conversationalists. Special thanks to Joanna for her immaculate service. Easy 10/10, highly recommend. Will definitely be going here again.
