A chicken shop that never has chicken! I have been here on at least 3 separate occasions, at different times of the day and they are always out of chicken!! Come on guys, you have one job, where’s the chicken??

Manager the most obnoxious person I've come across. Ordered 2 x 1/4 chicken and chips, got home and it was 2 small legs, rang her and she told me I should have asked for breast , 1/4 chicken is not just a small leg, she then contradicted herself and said they only had leg left so that is what I got.this so called manager kept talking over me and raising her voice, 3 times I asked her if she would let me speak and to stop raising her voice at me, I told her i would be writing a review on my experience she said FINE, I hope they are doing ok to lose customers, Also noticed the salad bar had a white plastic container with dressing in lying on top of the salads, how un hygienic.They have lost a customer in US.

Usually a great place with good nice service, tonight was different... the young bloke who served seemed like he didnt want to be there, didnt come across as friendly. But my main concern is being short with their meat, I asked and payed for 200g each of pork and beef, got home and weighed it myself, both were only 150g!!!

We have been a loyal customer here for many many years, with apparent changes in owners/managers a couple of times. We love their hot chicken salt chips very much but the last THREE times when we have ordered our regular weekly roast meat, garlic potato, pumpkin and hot chips the serving of the chips has been considerably shrunken, first time just assumed because it was a young person getting trained up, second time thought it was because it was busy but this third time we almost called up when we got home and opened the box, but we were hungry so we just accepted it. Have you decreased the amount of chips in the large serving by a third or is this a mistake?? The box used to be filled to the brim with chips overflowing….. They were also undercooked and super oily, should have taken a photo or checked before we got home.

The food was fine but the outdoor dining area was absolutely filthy. The chairs and tables were sticky and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever! Really off putting.
